We demonstrate how scenario-based thinking became the foundation for developing a future-proof product strategy for Feide. The session provides insight into the method we used, the three scenarios we developed, and how these were used to engage employees and external stakeholders in the sector throughout the process, by having them outline future ways of working and the position they believe Feide should take moving forward.
