By combing ideas from business development with design thinking we have the toolkit for a collaborative journey where Variant facilitate and our customers own the result. Together we create shared knowledge and the result have a focus on actions, not slides. This is not a talk about Digital Strategy, a talk about Strategy for a digitalised world.

About the speaker

David is a strategically driven leader with a robust background in user research and strategy from both academia and industry. David started the User Research Lab at Skype and was also part of the corporate strategy team at Svenska Spel. For the last 10 years he has been on the consultancy side, with several strategy projects as well as leadership positions. Previously Head of inUse, a design consultancy agency and now he is the CEO of Variant Sverige AB. Variant Sverige is a consultancy agency that is transparent, value-driven, and built by and for people.

Our mission is to foster trust, transparency, and equality within European companies. Founded in Trondheim in 2018, Variant has expanded to Sweden with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Linköping. The company is committed to creating a positive digital impact through collaboration and a shared passion for learning.
