About the speaker

Sofia Tegelid has previously worked as a design consultant for 8+ years. With clients ranging from small to big companies and organizations, both in private in public sectors she has developed an understanding of factors that impact the designer’s role. She has been a coach and mentor for UX designers, and teams and successfully worked with UX-maturity development.

She is now the Lead UX & Service designer at Sectra, a leading provider of health systems worldwide. The company is known for its customer obsession which is deeply ingrained in its corporate culture. The company’s focus on customer satisfaction has resulted in Sectra being ranked number one in global customer satisfaction for twelve consecutive years in the US, six years in Canada, and both years in the newly introduced KLAS categories for Northern and Southern Europe.
